International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Australia Post Parcel Post):

  • Delivery: 2-6 business days
  • Available for all Australian addresses
  • Tracking provided

Express Shipping (Australia Post Express Post):

  • Delivery: 1-3 business days
  • Available for all Australian addresses
  • Priority handling and tracking provided

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post processing times, and public holidays. Remote and regional areas may experience longer delivery times.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected shipping method

All shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

Please note:

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order through Australia Post's website or app using the provided tracking number.

6. Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will work with Australia Post to locate your package.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If Australia Post is unable to deliver your package, they will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us, and you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5-15 business days)
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
